Wild Animals in Central Park

Believe it or not, New York is host to a number of wild animals.  Besides the tigers living in studio apartments in Brooklyn, we found a couple animals in Central Park.

Not only can the Afrobats dance, they can put on a show.  Just make sure when they point, you run or give them a little donation...

Watch Your Step

Note: this blog is fraught with sarcasm.  In NYC, you have to watch your step; things can end in a moment.  You never know what can happen, especially with a rowdy crowd.

WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY Street Dancer Flip NYC

IT'S WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY FOLKS!  I want to introduce a new theme with Street Dancer Flip NYC.  Every Wednesday is going to be Walkabout Wednesday.  Think of it as a story, or a series of photos that come together to show an adventure, however big or small.  A Walkabout is formally defined as: 'a journey on foot undertaken by an Australian Aboriginal in order to live in the traditional manner.'  My stories on Walkabout Wednesday are journeys as well, taken [mostly] on foot and with my camera in an attempt to show the traditional manner of living of a particular person, group of people, or culture.

Today's Walkabout Wednesday features the grand finale flip at the end of a street performance.  This is a highly sought after trick, so enjoy the photos...
