Horse Armor At Les Invalides, Paris

The last installment of my photos of 'ancient' armor from Les Invalides in Paris.  Most impressive, I think, is the armor of the horse.  The armor weighs hundreds of pounds, and the horn makes the horse dangerous to both enemies and the rider.  Of course, wearing the cone head armor of pictured below, one might wish to be impaled.
